At Jackson’s Corner, the food has always come first. How it tastes. How it feels. How it’s made.

In early 2025, we finalized a shift to cooking exclusively without industrial seed oils across both of our restaurants. Today, everything coming out of our kitchens is cooked with avocado oil, olive oil, or clarified butter.

This decision wasn’t about trends or health claims. It was a practical choice rooted in cooking quality. These fats perform better at heat, taste better on the plate, and align with the way we already cook. They also happen to matter deeply to many of our guests, and we pay attention to that.

In early 2026, Jackson’s Corner and Jackson’s Outpost were officially verified as Seed Oil Safe by Seed Oil Scout. The verification simply reflects what’s already happening in our kitchens every day.

As always, our focus is on making good food, sourcing thoughtfully, and responding to what our guests care about. This is one part of that larger picture.
